[LAST CHANCE] Tank Wars Round 5: Tankfest Special With the M4A3E8 Fury and Tiger 131

The Tank Museum in Bovington, U.K. and World of Tanks are once again celebrating Tankfest, a gigantic display of historic moving armor and vehicles from the Second World War! It is the Year of the Sherman, and two icons, which are also available as Premium vehicles, are part of the live show.

What better way to showcase these legends than with dedicated missions and rewards for a special edition of Tank Wars? Instead of a friendly competition between two standard vehicles, we're doing away with the scores and clearing the stage for the two stars of Tankfest: the American VI M4A3E8 Fury and the German VI Tiger 131 .

Choose the side that fits your style or piques your interest and start completing missions for Tank Wars Points and Stage Rewards. Both sides feature the same discounts and missions for a wide variety of associated vehicles. It's the perfect opportunity to explore a Tech Tree or return to old favorites that have been gathering dust.

  • Complete repeatable missions to earn Tank Wars Points and unlock Stage Rewards.

  • Pick up increasingly rare and valuable items with Stage Rewards—it all depends on your Personal Progression.

  • Take advantage of credit discounts on Tech Tree vehicles of the nations of the Hero tanks—ideal if you're a new commander or don't have a well-stocked Garage.

  • Earn Tank Wars Points with guaranteed Twitch Drops to make sure you safely reach Stage Reward milestones.

Aside from prestige and glory, there are no personal or team rewards. But the missions and rewards offer an equitable distribution of rewards, no matter when you join a team.

Registration starts September 10 at 07:00 CEST (UTC+2) and lasts until September 20 at 07:00 CEST (UTC+2).

 

  1. Log in to the game.
  2. Click the DEPOT from the Garage menu at the top of the screen, then select HOMEFRONT SUPPLIES.
  3. Select TANK WARS.
  4. Choose your team: Team M4A3E8 Fury or Team Tiger 131.
Important: You may only select one team, so choose wisely. You can't change teams once your decision is made.
Tip: Stage Rewards earned through missions are identical for both teams, but make sure to check the list of permitted team vehicles before making your decision.

Missions are only available once you have selected a team in-game. Completing missions will reward you with Tank Wars Points, which will go towards your Personal Progression. Check out the credit discounts for Tech Tree vehicles if you need a helping hand.

Tip: Track your progress in-game! There are three Stage Reward missions that will be displayed in the in-game Missions tab during the event. With each Tank Wars Points milestone passed (Stage 1: x30, Stage 2: x85, Stage 3: x135), the respective mission will be displayed as completed.
