Version 9.14 is live!

This update will definitely peak your interest, as it introduces some major improvements to the tank movement physics and sound, among other things. Here's a handy summary of the update's highlights:

Improved Vehicle Movement Physics

From this update onward, your tanks will behave more realistically in battle, thanks to the new physics system improvements. Moreover, this will enable the execution of a variety of new Maneuvers during battle. These include:

  • Using track locking for sharper turns
  • Using track locking for swift vehicle repositioning
  • Flipping enemy vehicles over through ramming
  • Skidding and sliding

More information will be available soon in related articles published on the website.

Improved Sounds

The sound system has also undergone some interesting tweaks, thanks to which the sounds you can now experience in the game are deeper, more realistic and enjoyable. on top of that, the scope of sounds you can hear from a distance has been reduced in order to reduce the chances of them becoming confusing.

More information is available soon in the related article on our website.

Minimap Improvements

The minimap has been supplemented with extra information, including the maximum spotting range, as well as your vehicle’s dynamic view range. This feature was one of the most popular requests provided by the community, and one that will definitely provide substantial help on the battlefield.

Yellow circle: draw distance

White circle: maximum spotting range

Green circle: Dynamic view range. This value depends on any and all factors that affect the vehicle's view range (base view range, crew training, installed Equipment and Consumables, etc.).

Goal Setting Personal Missions

On the "Recruit Training" tab, a block of missions called "Maneuvers" was added for completing while using vehicles from Tiers IV-V. The main condition for activating the "Maneuvers" missions is completing a special mission. "Maneuvers" missions will be available to players that have registered after the 9.10 update release and have completed the "Further Research" mission of "Recruit Training".

Simplified Vehicle Module Research

To simplify the process of familiarising new players with the game, the research system for Tiers I and II has been changed. Tier I Vehicles will have just one module available for research: a gun. Tier II vehicles, on the other hand, will have a limited number of modules available for research.

FV4202 (P)

As promised, this Tier VIII British medium tank is now available in the Premium Shop. It will also be made available for purchase with gold in-game at a later date.

The FV4202 (P)'s performance has been improved. For more details, please refer to the appropriate article.
