Crew Perks

Firepower

  • Choose between single shots and salvos depending on the situation.
  • Remember that the guns' stabilization increases during salvo preparation, and you have good chances of hitting your target with a double shot.
  • Avoid sniping as the accuracy isn't top-notch.
  • Use the maximum gun depression of for terrain-based play.

Survivability

  • The turret can often block other mediums' standard rounds but not those of TDs or any vehicles' special ammo.
  • The upper frontal part of the hull is bouncy, but the lower plate is vulnerable, and you should hide it when possible.
  • Other weak spots at the front are the cupola, the driver's triplex, and the area between the guns.

Mobility

  • The tank's top speed, together with a high power-to-weight ratio and adequate terrain resistance, allows you to change flanks when needed and escape perilous situations.

How to Play: Sentinelle

This Tier IX French tank is a heavy, but its good mobility, compact size, and armor (with only the turret front offering limited protection) all place it rather close to medium tanks. It plays best in medium tank positions, where you should use the potential of its two-shell autoloader.

Crew Perks

Firepower

  • With the damage per shot, accuracy, penetration values, and gun handling parameters all being average or above average, the tank's biggest strength, firepower-wise, is its two-shell autoloader. The intra-clip reload time allows you to deal 780 HP of damage in less than 3 seconds.
  • The maximum gun depression angle is , which allows for some terrain-based play.

Survivability

  • The tank's upper glacis plate can be easily penetrated, so the optimal hull-down play is of the peek-a-boo variety.
  • While the turret front has up to 250 mm of armor, it's practically flat, so beware of high-penetration rounds.
  • The turret roof and the cupola are especially vulnerable.

Mobility

  • The top speed, power-to-weight ratio, and good terrain resistance enable you to move around the battlefield with ease and take favorable positions.

How to Play: SZDV Vz. 50

The gun of this Tier VIII Czechoslovakian tank destroyer features a double aiming system, reminiscent of the Japanese Type 71 line. Its low cooling time allows for fast and accurate fire from long range, while the vehicle's high DPM and decent mobility enable aggressive play.

Crew Perks

Firepower

  • Use your high DPM in close and mid-range combat.
  • Take precision shots with the gun cooling mechanic (note that the maximum cooling time is relatively short).
  • The maximum gun depression of lets you use terrain folds for some peak-a-boo play.

Survivability

  • The frontal armor can block standard rounds of light and medium tanks, but only when the TD is in a hull-down position.
  • The cupola and the lower plate are especially vulnerable.
  • Avoid sidescraping as it makes parts of the vehicles front vulnerable.

Mobility

  • The vehicle has enough agility to partially compensate for its subpar armor in close and mid-range combat, and to allow it to reach favorable positions when sniping.
