With the introduction of the Swedish tank destroyers, the exclusive Siege and Travel modes were introduced with them. Right now, only the UDES 03, Strv S1, Strv 103-0, and Strv 103B are able to use them.
With each mode having their own advantages and disadvantages, you'll need to adapt your play style and tactics accordingly. In Siege mode, your reload time is much better, and you're able to aim better horizontally and vertically, but you're much slower and can't escape as quickly. In Travel mode, you go your normal speed, with similar top speed forward and backward, but your reload and aim time are worse, and you cannot move your vehicle vertically.
The single-shot damage may be the lowest of all Tier X tank destroyers, this however is balanced out with the highest potential damage per minute, thanks to its quick reload time. Of course, you want to avoid trading shots with your enemies, and try to keep them exposed to your fire to deal as much damage as possible. The accuracy is splendid and allows you to hit reliably from any distance.
Armour-wise, it might not look strong, but don't get fooled! The acute angles allow this vehicle to reflect/bounce incoming shots reliably, given that the calibre of the incoming shell is not higher than 120mm. If it is, the three-calibre rule applies, which means that this shell cannot bounce unless the effective armour thickness is higher than the shell's penetration value. However, it's best to not get hit in the first place.
And what's the best way to not get hit? By not getting spotted, of course! As you can see, the Strv 103B's profile is quite small, which means that the camouflage value is high as well. Improve this with crew skills, equipment, and vehicle camouflage to get the best results. This, together with improvements on the view range with equipment and skills, will give you the edge when it's about spotting other vehicles first.
