1. First and foremost, if you want to convert normal XP to Free XP, you need to have gold and an amount of XP accumulated on one or more of your vehicles. Only XP stored on Elite vehicles can be converted. This means that you need to research every single module and vehicle included in the research tab of the appropriate tank. Premium tanks have an Elite status by default and can convert XP at any time.

2. In order to convert XP to Free XP, click on the Convert tab located in the upper-right corner of your Garage user interface.

3. After clicking on the Convert button, a special window will pop up. In this window you can see all of your vehicles that have available XP that can be converted. Here you can choose which tank’s experience to convert and in what amount. You can determine either how much XP to convert or how much gold you want to spend on the process. Regardless of which value you use, the system will calculate and display the other value automatically.

4. Once you have chosen the amount of XP to convert, or gold to spend, click on the Convert button. A confirmation window will pop up, in which you will be asked to finalise the process.

If the conversion was successful, you will receive a notification from the system, which you can find in the lower-right corner of you Garage’s interface.
