Update: We have been following marathon discussion threads and we appreciate your constructive opinions and suggestions. Based on Community feedback, we have decided to extend T-44-100 Marathon by 6 days.
It is very important for us that you see the marathon as an event worth participating in, and T-44-100 as a reward worth pursuing, and also worth your time and dedication. Even though we aimed at keeping the challenge at a similar level as previous marathons, many of you considered it more demanding than past editions. We don’t want that negative perception to eclipse the fun part of the event, which is completing the challenge and reaping the rewards!
After receiving your feedback, we considered different ways to adjust missions, but moving the end date eventually turned out to be the most straightforward solution. It also gives you additional flexibility, as you now have more days to choose from in case you are not able to play every day. Total duration of the event changed from 32 to 38 days–that’s almost 20% longer than initially planned, and gives you the extra time you need to take care of the 8th nation. With an additional 6 days available, the average daily amount of damage and kills to score is now the same as in last year’s WZ-111 marathon.

As was the case for past marathons, this time there will also be a fail-safe option you can use in case you can’t complete any of the missions. In addition to this, the tank will be also made available for purchase in the Premium Shop in a special bundle.

How does it work? It’s easy. In order to win the tank, you have to go on a mission marathon this month and from 17 September at 07:00 until 25 October at 07:00 CEST (UTC+2) complete the following tasks:

Fail-Safe Options
These missions are very demanding and the time for their completion is limited. Therefore, in order to provide a fail-safe option in case you cannot complete all parts on time, there will be 8 special offers added to the Premium Shop for the duration of the mission, each containing a different mission token, and one extra containing all 8 tokens in one bundle. If for any reason you can’t complete the entire mission, you can get the missing tokens from the Premium Shop and still get the reward.
Also, if you want the tank immediately, and with a full support of all sorts of premium items, the T-44-100 will also be available in the Premium Shop as a part of a grand package. In addition, you can get all the tokens at once in a dedicated package as well - and at a discount! Choose the options most suitable for you!

Purchasing these Mission Tokens in the Premium Shop will not complete the mission for the respective nation in-game. The token will be credited to your account automatically. You simply won't have to complete the mission of the respective nation in order to receive the T-44-100 Premium Tank. However, the tank itself can be obtained only once - buying it in the Premium Shop and later completing the missions will not result in its second crediting or any compensation.
Note: All unused tokens purchased from the Premium Shop will be converted to Gold after the event is over. Tokens earned from the event will not be converted into Gold. Purchased tokens are not refundable.

Fail-Safe Options – FAQ
Is there any difference between a player achieving the token in-game by playing or if they just buy the token from the Premium Shop?
Yes, there is: finishing the mission in-game will also reward you with Personal Reserves.
What happens if a player buys only one token but at the end of the event they do not have all the other tokens to finish the whole mission?
All unused Tokens that have been purchased in the Premium Shop will be compensated with 1,750at the end of the event.
If I buy one Token, for example the German one, will I still be able to play the German Mission?
Yes, you will be able to play the Mission and if you finish it you will get the reward.
Tokens bought in the Premium Shop are turned into gold only after the event ends, but what happens to tokens earned in missions, assuming you have the tank already? Are they turned into gold?
Only tokens that have been purchased in the Premium Shop will be exchanged for gold, provided they have not been used after the event ends. Tokens that have been achieved in-game will not be compensated with gold.
If I buy all eight tokens and receive the tank directly, or buy it with the package, will I still be able to play the Missions and get the rewards?
Yes, you can play all the missions and you will also get a reward for each token (mission reward and 1,750).
What happens if a player buys 5 National Tokens in the Premium Shop but never finishes any other missions?
Each of the 5 tokens will be compensated with 1,750each, so the player will receive 8,750in total.
What battle modes count towards the mission goal (random battles, team battles, others)?
Only battles fought in the Random Battle game mode will count towards the mission's completion.
Will there be any way to check the number of tokens you have for each nation?
The tokens sold in the Premium Shop cannot be tracked in the user interface (UI). However, the free tokens (tokens earned by completing the missions) can be tracked in the Missions window, together with the completed missions.
Do Premium tanks count towards the mission progress (damage/tanks destroyed)?
Yes, you can use Premium tanks and they will contribute to the mission’s progress, provided that they are at least Tier IV and of the corresponding nation.
