Important: the crew has accumulated enough XP for one or two skills/perks, depending on the package. However, unlike previous times we've included experienced crews in bundles, you'll lose part of this experience if you retrain your guys through 20,000 (90% XP for the same class, 80% for another class) or for free (80% XP for the same class, 60% for another class).

Using 200 to retrain the crew will leave you with 100% of the XP, and thus, the skills/perks.
