Everyone impacted by the disruption will receive compensation. See below for more details:
Compensation
1. 1 day of WoT Premium Account
Eligibility: Players with an active World of Tanks Premium Account while the server issues were ongoing.
2. Personal Reserve Pack
- 3 Personal Reserves: +100% XP for 1 hour
- 3 Personal Reserves: +50% Credits for 1 hour
- 3 Personal Reserves: +300% Free & Crew XP for 1 hour
Eligibility: Players who log into the game between November 15, 2024, at 17:05 UTC, and November 17, 2024, at 23:00 UTC.
How to Claim Your Compensation
- Premium Account: If you had an active Premium Account during the server issues, the extra day will be automatically credited as soon as possible. No further action is required; it might have already been added to your account.
- Personal Reserves: Log in during the claim period listed above to automatically have the reserves credited to your account. The Personal Reserve Pack is available only once per account and cannot be claimed after the compensation period.
