Summer is slowly but surely knocking on the doors. Let’s warm up a little on our battlefields with May's great events and specials, and get ready for those long summer days. This month, you will be able to enjoy exciting contests, specials and events, as well as eSport events, which will be listed in the separate eSports calendar.

This May, you can look forward to the following events:
Tank of the Month – T-34; T-34-85
Last month was dedicated to Germans; this month we get down with the Soviet Medium tanks: T-34 (Tier V) and its bigger brother the T-34-85 (Tier VI). Take them out for a spring ride and earn an incredible 30% extra credits with both of them.
Special offers
Big and Heavy 1,2 – Rule the battlefields with these whopping great beasts. These vehicles don’t fear anything, and if you encounter them, you had better take to your heels. Are you going to be the predator or the casualty? It’s up to you! Expect some carefully chosen Tier VIII, IX and X vehicles to feature in this event.
Walter Christie Birthday – John Walter Christie was an American engineer and inventor. He is known for developing the Christie suspension system used in a number of World War II era tank designs. Let’s honour this inventor on our battlefields and bring out some of those tanks that use his great invention.
Military Parade – The war in Europe ended with the capture of Berlin by Soviet and Polish troops and the subsequent German unconditional surrender on the 8th May 1945. Commanders, let's commemorate this special occasion on our battlefields.
Mixed Party – Sometimes it’s good to have a good mix of everything. German, Soviet, French, British or American… which one is your favourite tech tree? Each commander has different needs and therefore we think a little bit of this and little bit of that will do this weekend.
These are not the tanks you are looking for! – This weekend will be dedicated to the tanks that never made it beyond a blueprint. Nevertheless, give them a chance and test them on your own. You might be surprised with how efficient they can be!
Contests
Mid-Week Medal Hunt – Earn some extra experience by winning the designated medal. Each week it is a different medal to hunt, so you had better check it out every week! Show us your strengths and weaknesses.
8.5 Release Contest – Version 8.5 has been deployed, and with it a new contest has started. If you haven’t done so yet, you need to check it out! You could win amazing prices such as premium vehicles, gold and premium account time!
