On June 11, a grand football tournament kicks off in which the best teams in Europe compete for the European Championship. World of Tanks is on the same wavelength as football fans around the globe, which is why we’re launching a special Matchday event on June 10!

This year's Matchday will give you the opportunity to compete with your friends in private leaderboard rooms for the title of most accurate predictor. Join us, predict match winners, and get rewards for your talent as football oracles!

Matchday: General Overview

TO THE WEBSITE

Visit the Matchday website where you can predict the outcome of any given match during the most epic football event of 2021.

The more successful your predictions, the better the in-game rewards (exclusive football-themed 2D styles, days of WoT Premium Account, Personal Reserves, and more) you can win. The number of correct predictions required gradually increases with each reward.

How to Make a Prediction

Head to the Matchday website, log in, and make a prediction on the outcome (win or draw) of any upcoming match. You have a chance to make predictions until the match’s scheduled start time.

To make a prediction for any match, you need to spend a ticket. When the event starts, you will immediately receive 10 tickets for free upon logging in, which is enough for 10 predictions. You can also change your predictions any number of times before the match starts at the price of 1 ticket per prediction. Join the football frenzy, get active, and show your talent as a football oracle!

To get more tickets, complete special daily battle missions. Each mission completed grants:

• 1 ticket for days with fewer than 4 matches
• 2 tickets for days with 4 matches
• 1 ticket for days without matches

Here is the match schedule that you can also see on the Matchday website. It comprises three matchdays, during which the group stage and knockout matches are played. 51 matches will take place during the tournament. Study it carefully and don't forget to make predictions for the outcomes of matches played by the teams you support!

Let’s Talk Rewards!

The event consists of 10 Levels. To get a reward for each of them, you need to make a certain number of correct* predictions. The higher the Level, the better the rewards provided for your success. The rewards are cumulative—for example, if you reached Level 6, you will receive all rewards from Levels 1 to 6.

The top prizes, which require 26 and 29 correct predictions respectively, will be two long-awaited football-themed 2D styles. Take a look.

When you reach Level 10 and receive all the above rewards, for each subsequent successful prediction, you will earn one x5 XP mission for a victory for any vehicle in your Garage. All of the x5 XP missions will be credited to player accounts within a week from the end of the event.

How to Get More Tickets

Need more tickets? You can pick up as many as you want on the Matchday website—each ticket costs 35,000.

Gather Your Friends in Private Leaderboard Rooms!

You can also make predictions with your friends in private leaderboard rooms. By gathering in rooms, you can compete against each other to see who can tally the most correct predictions and rank at the top of the room’s leaderboard. The highest scores in a room will receive a special medal that will be credited shortly after the end of the event on July 11. In order to get the medal you'll need at least 1 point.

To create a room, use the Create Room button on the Matchday website. You can share your link to invite your friends to join your room. To join a room, you need to obtain an invitation link, apply, and be accepted by the room creator. Look for them among your friends, clanmates, and favorite content creators. You can create or participate in up to 3 rooms, each one with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 100 members. Each creation or entry to a new room requires 35,000.

The room creator has 24 hours to accept or reject the invited player. You can't kick players out of a room once they have been accepted. In addition:

• You can create or request to join a room only during the first 6 days of the event (until 01:59 CEST (UTC+2), June 16).
• You cannot leave a room once you have joined (which is why we require you to confirm it one extra time).
• In order to be valid, a room needs to have at least 3 fully confirmed members before June 16, 01:59 CEST (UTC+2). If your room does not meet this requirement, it will be automatically closed and the cost of creating and joining it will be refunded.
• There will also be a special button for deleting your room(s) by yourself if you didn't manage to gather 2 or more (including its creator) confirmed participants. When deleting your room(s), the cost of creating and joining will be refunded, and all pending requests will not be considered.
