Wargaming takes pride in a relaxed and friendly working environment. The team is multinational, with staff members coming from 15 different countries and a huge variety of backgrounds. The one thing that everyone has in common is a true passion for gaming. The office language is English.
The team is based in a modern office building in a lively part of Paris, with very good access to buses, metro and the main roads. The offices are laid out in an open arrangement allowing easy communication between everyone. There is a fully equipped kitchen and rest room for taking breaks, and a patio for sitting out in the Parisian sunshine. There is also a staff play area with table-football, games consoles and big comfortable beanbags to relax in. Alternatively join other staff in a World of Tanks platoon during free time.
Staff socials are common, whether it’s heading to a local bar after work, enjoying lunch at a traditional Parisian crêperie, catching one of the regular local firework displays or just settling back for some good solid gaming.
The company also assists with various matters of getting set up in France, including providing temporary accommodation on arrival, the services of a relocation agent to find someone more permanent and French language lessons.
