We are happy to announce the implementation of a new feature for clan management called the Clan Treasury Log. This new functionality will improve the clan’s gold management significantly, allowing you to keep track of your clan’s income and expenses. Here’s how it works:
Income and Expenses Log
All the income and expenses of your clan’s Treasury are automatically recorded in a special register. Only authorised clan officers can track the flow of funds in the Treasury. These include the Commander, Deputy Commander, and Treasurer (see Positions and Permissions).
How to view the income and expenses log of your clan’s Treasury:
- Go to My Profile > My Clan.
- Click “Clan Treasury” in the menu of available actions.
- Go to either the “Income” or “Expenses” tab.
By default, the table shows data for the last 10 days. - To view the income and expenses for a different time period, select the appropriate date. The table shows the transaction log for 10 days, starting from the selected date.
The “Income” tab provides the following information:
- Selected time period
- Total income for the selected period
- Exact date and time of transactions
- Income source
- Amount of gold received for each transaction
The “Expenses” tab provides the following information:
- Selected time period
- Total expenses for the selected period
- Exact date and time of transactions
- Names of the players who performed the transactions
- Transaction details
- Amount of gold spent in each transaction
If the Treasury funds are allocated among several players, the total number of those players is displayed in the “Transaction Details” column. Click the number to view the names of the players and the amount of gold transferred to each of them.
