60TP Lewandowskiego

If you liked the 50TP Tyszkiewicza, this top-tier Pole will definitely become one of your new favourite tanks. Pretty much all strong points of the Tier IX heavy tank have been carried over (such as the firepower and survivability), and were even improved. Check it out!

Gameplay

As usual, let's start off with the armour scheme. The layout itself is similar to the preceding vehicle, with the lower frontal plate and the driver's viewport being the two main weak spots frontally. Both of them have increased in armour thickness and decreased in size, making them harder to penetrate. To further improve the armour thickness, make sure to stand (or drive) slightly angled to your opponent. Side-scraping works to a certain extent, but don't rely on it too much.

When it comes to the turret, it saw some improvements as well. Not only did the thickness increase, but there is only one cupola on the turret. That one is still a weak spot though, so make sure to make it as difficult as possible for the enemy to hit. The gun depression angle is, just like the previous vehicles, very good. Use it to hide your hull behind terrain, showing only your strongest-armoured parts.

Now to the crème de la crème: the 60TP's 152 mm gun. With the highest damage per shot among all heavy tanks in the entire game, this boomstick is capable of seriously crippling any tank you may encounter. On top of that, the gun is even fairly reliable. This, in combination with your high survivability, allows you to trade shots with most vehicles in the game and come out on top in most cases. Make your shots count, as the reload time is high, and you don't want to get caught with your pants down.

Because the 152 mm gun is the defining aspect of the 60TP Lewandowskiego, it's natural that all the equipment above aim to improve it. The Tank Gun Rammer will counter the very long reload time, whereas both the Vertical Stabilizer and Enhanced Gun Laying Drive increase the chance of you hitting your target.

This choice of crew skills is commonly used for heavy and medium tanks, and of course, this Pole is not different. With Repair, you increase the repair speed of destroyed modules, especially the tracks in case they are blown off. The following skills and perks improve your combat parameters in general, giving a small, yet useful, boost to your performance.

Adrenaline Rush

Decreases the gun reload time by 10% if your vehicle's HP drops below 10%.

Increases the training level of your crew members by 5%.

Band of Brothers

Call for Vengeance

Reports the enemy vehicles' location for two more seconds after the destruction of the own vehicle.

Concealment

Increases the camouflage value of your vehicle.

Controlled Impact

Increases the ramming damage dealt and decreases damage taken by ramming.

Deadeye

Increases the chance of landing a critical hit.

Eagle Eye
