Update 1.9.1: Join Common Test 3!

Are you ready to continue your epic tank journey in Battle Pass Season 2, Commanders?

If you enjoyed earning all the possible rewards in the first Season, you’ll be excited to hear we’ve got even more goodies coming your way! We’re actively working on the second Season of Battle Pass, which you can already experience during the third iteration of the Common Test. The new Season, featuring tons of sweet rewards, will kick off in June! You’ll have the opportunity to earn two new types of Bounty Equipment, up to two fresh 3D styles, an exclusive custom crew member, and more. Let’s take a sneak peek.

New Season, New Core Vehicles

Battle Pass Season 2 is available during the third Common Test only for preliminary testing. All rewards in Battle Pass during this Common Test are for testing purposes and will be replaced by other prizes, with the exception of the two new types of Bounty Equipment. Various characteristics and values that are relevant for the Common Test may not correspond to those in the final version.

No changes have been made to the core gameplay of Battle Pass or its progression mechanics since the first Season of the event launched. If you didn’t participate in the previous Season, or you want to refresh your memory, feel free to check out all the general rules in our dedicated article.

Season 2 will feature two new Battle Pass Core Vehicles: the  X M48A5 Patton   (a Tier X American medium tank) and the  X TVP T 50/51   (a Tier X Czechoslovakian medium tank). These high-performance steel beasts have special rules for earning Progression Points, as well as increased Limits.

Gorgeous 3D Styles, Bounty Equipment, and Other Cool Prizes

Season 2 will offer you heaps of rewards:

  • Up to two smashing 3D styles for this Season’s Battle Pass Core Vehicles.

  • For one of the Core Vehicles, a unique custom crew member with Brothers in Arms (as a zero perk) and enough XP to learn two more perks/skills. The crew member’s nationality can't be changed.

In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to grab two brand-new types of Bounty Equipment: 

Bounty Optics

Bounty Stabilizer

Their characteristics can be improved to the level of improved equipment with credits, and you can demount them from your vehicle like standard equipment by using gold or a Demounting Kit.

And, of course, participating in the second Season of Battle Pass will fill your vault with heaps of valuable rewards. You can find a detailed list of all prizes in the game client after the Season launches.

Main Changes

Battle Pass

Added the off-season screen for Battle Pass. 

Added Battle Pass Season 2. Once Season 2 starts, all progress for Battle Pass Season 1 will be reset, including the Point Limits for all vehicles. 

The following changes were made for Season 2: 

  • Added new rewards for Main Progression Stages: customization elements, 3D styles, custom crew members and crew skins, and new Bounty Equipment (Bounty Optics and Bounty Vertical Stabilizer).
  • Added projection decals as rewards for some Elite Progression Stages.
  • Improved the functionality of selecting final rewards when the Improved Pass is available.
  • Improved player notifications for the case when a player does not have vehicles that are suitable for earning points in Battle Pass.
  • Reworked the navigation on the Main Progression screen.
  • Made changes to a number of screens and windows. 

Fixed Issues

  • Fixed the issue of the high sound effect volume for friction against rock when driving at a high speed.
  • Fixed the issue of the improperly displayed preview for the Red Fortress style for the KV-5.
  • Fixed the issue of the shifted style description after switching from a style with a full description to a style with a short description.
  • Fixed the issue of the unavailable Return Crew to Vehicle option if at least one crew member was in the vehicle.
  • Fixed the issue of scaling the Battle Pass progress bar at 4K resolution and x2 scale.
  • Fixed a number of issues related to playing sound events when a player interacted with customization elements.
  • Fixed the issue of missing national emblems in the vehicle preview menu.
  • Fixed the issue of repeating effects and notifications in the last mission of Bootcamp.
  • Fixed some technical issues.

Changes to the technical characteristics of the following vehicles:

Covenanter

  • Changed the dispersion of the QF 40 mm Mk. VI Bofors in the Covenanter Mk. IV CS turret from 0.39 to 0.41 m
  • Changed the reload time of the QF 40 mm Mk. VI Bofors gun in the Covenanter Mk. IV CS turret from 5.5 to 6 s
  • Changed the vehicle durability with the Covenanter Mk. I turret from 475 to 510 HP
  • Changed the vehicle durability with the Covenanter Mk. IV CS turret from 500 to 540 HP
