BATTLE PASS 2023: SEASON X

Season X of Battle Pass is a prominent in-game event this spring, starting on March 1, 2023, at 07:30 CET (UTC+1) and ending on May 31, 2023. Spring is all about renewal and growth, and Season X plays along: There are new Core Vehicles and progressive styles for them, a new team of heroes on a desert mission, more Tokens up for grabs, more rare reward vehicles to choose from, and new items of equipment to obtain. Let‘s get a move on—a great adventure awaits!

Complete Chapters in Any Order

Sandro Mancini
Eighteen years of infantry service did not change this light-hearted man who believes in his luck and always relies on chance. He got into the desert by flipping a coin—what else is there to say? His carelessness got him into mortal danger several times, but he always got away unscathed. His catchphrase is "Betcha I'll come back alive."
Emil Kittel
A military translator and a polyglot who knows eight languages, including Swahili. After the passing of his comrade in arms, Leo Sommer, he keeps to himself and prefers to work alone. During archive research, he found a mention of an ancient scroll that was considered lost and, not a week later, he was a part of a special desert expedition.
Rebecca Holmberg
Only three people have access to her personal file. According to rumors, she is the daughter of an intel officer and an actress. Recruited at a young age, she is considered the best in covert operations, making active use of her remarkable wits and good looks. She was sent to the desert against her will by the order of commanding officers.
The mechanics of Battle Pass Season X are all familiar. Start off with any Chapter, switch between them if you want to, and come back later without losing your progress. Make sure to finish every Chapter to complete all the progressive styles, get experienced and colorful crew members, and have an opportunity to spend your Battle Pass Points on more great goodies in addition to those you have received as Stage Rewards.

Obtain Unique Progressive Styles

Gun Casing. A popular solution that increases a gun's lifetime. Especially important for a complex and demanding vehicle like the Rinoceronte.

Gun Mantlet Cover. Dust. Sand and dust. These are the main enemies of a gun. Not those funny guys who open fire from an ancient mortar at an extreme range. This cover will help. It must.

IR Spotlight. It's dark here at night. Very dark. Which is why we need to be very careful with this thing. We should probably go through the manual—we might have to demount it if it gets truly hot.

Sun-Protective Tarp. The sun is high above, and shadows are short. These small pieces of tarp are barely better than a massive air conditioning system. But they're definitely more reliable.

AC Unit With an Air Duct. I thought the Rinoceronte was hard to maintain before the operation—I should take that back now. Who knew that maintaining an AC unit would take so much time?

External Filters With an Air Duct. You cannot order new air filters here. Better not to think how the commander managed to resolve the problem.

External Exhaust Manifold. This thing looks impressive. Someday, we'll paint flames on it.

Field Disinfection Kit. I hope this equipment will never be used. Ever.

Rubber Dust Skirt Around the Chassis. Standard equipment for desert campaigns. It works as intended but is disgusting to maintain. In general, it's very useful.
Nyx for the Rinoceronte
"Another report on excessive shell usage? Anything else? You got your shoulder marks two weeks ago but already managed to get everyone sick of useless paperwork. I always dreamed of writing reports when going off to the front, of course. You wait there, Englishmen, hold on with your advance—I have a couple of papers to fill out. You are interested in ammunition and I am interested in where the 15th Infantry Brigade went. The one you promised would support us. Any ideas? Maybe you can write me a report? Quinctilius Varus, give me back my legions! Oh, what am I saying? You never even learned your country's history. Want to learn about excessive shell usage? We're firing them! At the enemy! All the time! Is this report good enough for you? And don't even get me started on insubordination or I might actually blow up. You've been an officer for two weeks, but you're my little brother for life."

Rigid Towbar. If someone in the group breaks down by the end, they'll owe me one. For all the nitpicking and jokes. And for saving their lives.

Dust Cover Mounting Points. It's very dusty here, but the chassis is holding up for now. If the situation goes south, we will have to gather some materials and work on additional protection. The mounting points were added back at the base.

External Air Filter Ducts. Looks massive, makes a lot of noise, and requires careful handling. But it works damn well!

Tarpaulin Roll. There's nothing better after a long march than the comfort of a field camp. The roll takes up some space, but Maus is strong. Maus can handle it.

Exhaust System Out. It's amazing to see this fragile device still holding on.

External Filtration System. The filtration system works at maximum capacity. And beyond that. To put it mildly, some unorthodox solutions had to be used to make it work.

Side Ladders. With age comes not only experience but also certain restrictions. Luckily, many of them can be overcome with resourcefulness and that very same experience.

Spare Carriage With Support Rollers. It's unlikely to get a set of rollers for this little guy at the nearest service station. Had to haul it with us. But it's fine—Maus is strong. Maus can handle it.

The MK 103 Anti-Air Gun With an IR Spotlight and Sights. This modification has a revised mounting system for the anti-air gun in Travel mode. They attempted to make the commander change his mind and insisted on not using anti-air systems at all, but nobody was going to take such risks because of some inconveniences.
Wüstenschiff for the Maus
"They are still very young, just taking their baby steps. I hope—sincerely—that all of them will live through this war and that they'll have an opportunity to take another look at all of my 'crazy ideas.' Do we really have nothing better to do than mount anti-air guns on their tanks? Are we doing this only to get a couple more Reichsmarks? We only care about ourselves here—that's what they think, huh? Or do those critics forget how my AA guns saved the 22nd Panzer Division from being annihilated by strike planes? Have you forgotten who the sky belongs to now? Ask yourself a question: What would you prefer, to drag my technical solutions through the mud or to survive and return home? Ask your parents what THEY would prefer. Your criticism got me sent to Africa, but believe me—I'm not wasting any time here. I know I can still help. Even though no one believes in me. Live through the war and think about it. Always yours, Oberst 'Old Fool' Andreas Bekker."

Rubber Dust Skirts. The hint is clear: There will be a lot of dust. That's why the additional suspension protection is provided. So far, everything works properly.

Filtration System. Everyone knew where we were going, but we couldn't even imagine how much dust would be there. It is literally EVERYWHERE. And this despite the huge new filtration system.

Tarpaulin Gun Mantlet Cover. As long as it is intact, it works.

Anti-Tank Rifle. The gunmaker joked that it would strike down an elephant. Idiot! I'd like to believe that he's better at his job than he is at jokes.

Frame With a Rolled-Up Tarpaulin Cover. It's very convenient and practical. Great idea.

Fuel Barrel With a Hand Pump and Hose. It's a very useful device. The main thing is to keep an eye on the cunning Mancini. He pretends to not understand what a reserve stock is.

Armored Side Screens. It is not yet clear why this vehicle needs these screens. The commander hopes they can be easily demounted if necessary.
Svadilfari for the UDES 15/16
"This is unbearable, Eric. I've lived in the north my whole life, and you know what the weather is like over there. Now I'm getting transferred here, where steel is almost melting in the sun. What use is there to me, Eric, when I am almost always half-conscious? I know our language pretty well, but now I'm having a hard time using anything but curses to describe the situation. How stupid I was to whine about our harsh winters. It's true what they say: If you want to open someone's eyes to something, put them in a truly awful environment and they'll understand right away that they've been doing pretty good. You know what's the only thing keeping me in check, Eric? The ventilation system still works. When it breaks down (and that's not an if but a definite when—you've seen it being assembled yourself), remember everything we've read about Muspelheim because that's exactly where we're going."
