Tank Rewards landed in Europe this summer, and it's now back to celebrate a very European anniversary: the reunification of Germany.
A Little Bit of Background
Split in two during the Cold War, Germany started its reunification in May 1989, when the removal of Hungary's border fence with Austria left a hole in the Iron Curtain, the (not so) imaginary boundary dividing Europe from the USSR. Thousands of East Germans then fled from this hole to join the West. This massive exodus was soon followed by a lot of protests in East Germany, inspired by the revolutions in nearby countries, such as Poland. By November, even the Berlin Wall, perhaps the ultimate symbol of divided Germany, started to fall.

Such events led to the first free elections of the German Democratic Republic, in March 1990. The future was now in motion, and the negotiations between West and East Germany cumulated in a promise of unification. A complex matter, but eventually, Germany was officially unified on 3 October 1990, which has been the German national holiday ever since.
German Missions, German Rewards
We've always been inspired by such milestones, and the October version of Tank Rewards will not prove us wrong. Let's celebrate this anniversary with German-themed missions and rewards! The process remains the same though: earn as many tokens as you can to rack up great rewards in the next twenty days. And as always, more tokens mean more rewards, including Premium tanks.
