For technical reasons, the blueprints are not shown among the rewards within the Care Package Dime missions interface, but they will still be credited after completion of the corresponding missions.

To get your hands on these items, claim Care Package Dime and enter the game client to get your instant gifts via the standard congratulatory window. To redeem extra content, go to the Depot and click in the Offers tab.
