New forum section for Clan Diplomats

We are happy to announce the creation of a new section on the forums that will be dedicated to clan diplomacy.

We have received a lot of feedback from you, our players, saying that it would make clan wars diplomacy far easier if there was a diplomacy forum in which Clan Diplomats could negotiate without anyone disturbing them. This forum would only be accessible by Clan Leaders and Diplomats, it would also be heavily moderated.

Every clan will choose their own official diplomat. This person will be the official representative of the clan on the diplomatic forum section. Non-diplomats will not be permitted to post in this forum section.

How do you let us know that a certain person is your clans diplomat?

It’s very easy. All you have to do (if you are the Clan Commander) is post in the “Clan Diplomacy” section of the forum in the “Clan Nominations” thread and nominate your official diplomat there.  Your new official Clan Diplomat will be granted special rights that will allow him to post in the forum section.  Clan Commanders will still have the right to view the forum, but only diplomats will be able to post in the Neutral Ground section.

Please keep in mind that only one diplomat per clan is allowed. If a diplomat violates the rules of this forum section and fights on the neutral ground, he will lose his status and his Clan Commander will be notified to name a new diplomat.

Requirements to become a diplomat:

• Fluent in English
• Diplomat and Clan-Leaders can’t be the same person
• Committed not to troll, nor flame. The debates are to be performed in a civil manner, regardless of the topic.
