[Important Update] Team battles: EU vs CIS contest
Contest results
From 15 May at 22:00 to 31 May at 22:00 CEST, ranked battles will have a continental flavour. During that period, whenever you play team battles, your performance on five specific tanks will be compared to the performance of the players on the Russian cluster. The consequences of this little contest will go beyond a simple pat on the back to the winning side. The entire server will be rewarded. That's right - everyone in the winning region will receive an extra something for two weeks!
How do you participate? In practice, nothing changes. You keep playing as you normally would, except your performance on five specific vehicles will be analysed. The server that registers the highest experience score on the following tanks will win:
- IS-3
- AMX 50 100
- AMX13 90
- T-54 ltwt
- T32
In other words, if someone on the European server scores a very high amount of experience on one of these bad boys, we will compare this score to the highest score on the CIS server for the same vehicle and that will bring 1 point to the winning side. The server that collects the most points will then simply be declared the winner.
There will be server-wide rewards:
- Rewards for the winning region: 50% more battle experience for the region in ladder battles for the following 2 weeks
- Rewards for runner-up region: 50% more crew experience for the region in ladder battles for the following 2 weeks
There will also be individual rewards:
The top 5 players with the maximum summed up experience on these vehicles during the event period will receive 7 days of Premium Account each.
The top 5 players with the maximum ladder battles on these vehicles during the event period will receive 3 days of Premium Account each.

1 General rules
Terms and definitions
1.1.1 Rules & Regulations of the event, or Rules – rules, which presented in the current document, under which the event is held.
1.1.2 Participant – each player, who participates in the event on any of participating region.
1.1.3 Game – “World of Tanks”
2 Contest rules
2.1.1 During the event dates, since 15 of May at 22:00 until 31 of May at 22:00 CEST, players, who play on the following tanks need to gain the highest experience per battle.

2.1.2 1 tank is considered as 1 category. There are 5 categories in the current event.
2.1.3 Each category considered as 1 point in the contest. The highest scores on each of the mentioned vehicles on 2 servers will be compared, and the region with higher score will receive 1 point per 1 category. The server that collects the most points in all categories will be declared as winner.
2.1.4 Contest conditions:
During results count all battles in ladder are taken into account within 15 of May, 22:00 to 31 of May 22:00 CEST on vehicles, participating in the event.
Experience, gained in a battle, counted independent to advanced crew upgrade for elite vehicles or not.
Battle results are counted without experience boosters.
Only Ladder battles results are taken into account .
Random, clan, tournament or other battles are not included in automatic process of winners determination.
Event is dedicated only for battles with allies and opponents (platoon and teammates are allowed for participation as allies).
If such cases when players deliberately create conditions for gaining more experience on a certain vehicle («fixed battles») may appear, such player or group of players results will be annulated for all vehicles, participating in the event, independent to which vehicle or vehicles where used by players participated in “fixed battles”.
During winners determination such vehicles which were used in a battle by a player are taken into account and his result.
Prize fund:
2.1.5 Server-wide rewards:
Region-winner: 50% more battle experience for the region in ladder battles for the following 2 weeks, since contest results announcement.
Rewards for runner-up region: 50% more crew experience for the region in ladder for the following 2 weeks, since contest results announcement.
2.1.6 Individual rewards:
Top 5 players with the maximum summed up experience on these vehicles during the event period will receive 7 days of Premuim Account each.
Top 5 players with the maximum ladder battles on these vehicles during the event period will receive 3 days of Premuim Account each.
A new season will start after this event on 2 June.
