Victory Points are the points that clans receive as a reward for completing missions in the World on Fire event.
During the World on Fire event each province returns 100 Victory Points per turn to the clan that owns it ( 2,400 Victory Points per 24 hours).
Victory Points earned by a clan during the event cannot be converted into gold.
If a clan wins in a Revolt battle or during a landing tournament then 75% of the Victory Points farmed from that province by that province’s ex-owner during the time of its ownership will go to the victorious clan (for example, if a clan wins in a Revolt battle or during a landing tournament against an enemy who has owned a province for 10 turns, the winning clan will receive 750 Victory Points).
A clan that loses any province as a result of any battle loses 75% of the Victory Points gained during the time the province was under the clan’s control (for example, if a clan loses a province it had owned for 24 hours then that clan will also lose 1,800 Victory Points). 25% of the Victory Points are secure for the clan and remain untouchable until the game event ends.
If a clan makes a move between two maps during the World on Fire event or leaves the map completely, all Victory Points acquired as a result of any province ownership will be lost.
Fame Points are the points that players earn individually, without any dependency on a clan’s Victory Points. If a player leaves a clan and goes to another clan, all Fame Points will remain in that player’s account without any changes.
Fame Points will be awarded on the following basis:
3.1 Victory Points compensation rules
3.1.1 If a battle for a province between clans occurred but the results were not received for technical reasons, Victory Points compensation will be given according to these rules.
3.1.2 If the Event Map is unavailable for all clans, no compensation of Victory Points will be given.
3.1.3 In the case where separate technical problems occur for individual clans, compensation of Victory Points will be made based on the tickets sent by the clan to the Wargaming Support Centre. A ticket must be submitted with the following information:
Tickets that do not contain the above information will not be processed and compensation will not be given.
3.1.4 The decision about any Victory Points compensation is reserved for the Administration only and is based on the review of each individual ticket on a case by case basis.
3.2 Fame Points compensation rules
3.2.1 If a player can show through the submission of a ticket that the number of Fame Points that the player should have received does not match the number displayed in the “Hall of Fame”, compensation can be given.
IMPORTANT! Information about player statistics refreshes every 24 hours.
3.2.2 If a player experiences technical issues that causes them to be awarded the wrong number of Fame Points, the Administration may compensate them for those lost Fame Points.
3.2.3 In the case where the technical issue is significant, the compensation of Fame Points will be made based on an average battle experience of 500 points. This amount will be subject to any modifiers that apply to the event.
A detailed description of the rules for awarding Fame Points and modifiers can be found in the World on Fire event regulations.
3.2.4 If a player experiences individual technical problems, the Fame Points compensation process must be directed through Wargaming’s Support Service. A ticket must be submitted with the following information:
In the case of any dispute over the awarding or compensation for Fame Points or Victory Points, the World of Tanks Administration unequivocally reserves the right to make the final decision.
If a force majeure situation arises concerning the compensation of Fame Points or Victory Points or the prolongation of the event time that may require additional actions to solve a problem, the World of Tanks Administration unequivocally reserves the right to make the final decision.
