In World of Tanks it is possible to send gifts to your friends of in-game items and gold. Possible gifts include exclusive or premium tanks and a handsome amount of gold.
You may choose from various gift packages in World of Tanks Gift Shop.
After sending a gift, your friend will receive an email notification to them then it is waiting for them. The recipient can see the list of World of Tanks gifts they have been sent by going to the My Gifts page in Account Management.
The recipient has the choice of whether to accept a gift or refuse it. If the recipient refuses the gift, or does not respond within 30 days, the gift will be automatically returned to the sender's account.
If the recipient already has the item being gifted (if it is a tank) then their account will be credited with an equivalent amount of gold instead, so that they can choose something else.
Please note! If the recipient accepts a gift but then the sender asks for a refund (for example by cancelling a bank transaction) the complete gift package cost will be deducted from the recipient’s account. If the account has insufficient funds it will be blocked until sufficient funds are available. With this in mind, we advise you not to accept gifts from strangers.
