Get ready to polish your tanks, oil the engines and prepare to roll out for the upcoming ESL Major Series Winter Season 2012. The top 16 teams from around Europe will compete for a share in the €15,000 prize pot! Will your team be one of them?
The top 3 teams from last season will automatically qualify. That leaves 13 spaces up for grabs! These will be fought for in a series of qualifying rounds based on nationality as follows:

Each team must have 7 members and a minimum of 5 players must be from the nation/region for which they are competing.
As an example, a team can only enter the Polish qualifier if they have at least 5 Polish players in the team. A Polish-based team will be unable to compete in the EU East qualifier, for which a valid team must contain at least 5 players of the specified countries. However, remaining players on top of the 5 minimum can come from any country, including Poland.
